Chris is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School in London and advises major global organizations on improving performance through their people. The UK National Health Service and Government, top legal firms, the Red Cross in Myanmar and investment banks in London have all relied on his expertise.

He has held senior leadership roles at UBS, HSBC, KPMG, and London Underground and has served in the British Army.
